Our cooling products

Gelpacks

Our gel packs are simple but effective cooling elements consisting of PE bags filled with gel. These are pre-frozen and placed with your product to keep the temperature low. The great advantage of gel over water is that it thaws more slowly, so it will deliver cooling to your product longer. Gel packs are ideal for shorter shipping times and smaller shipments.

Ice Packs XL

The Ice Packs XL are the product we once started with and have since proven their added value in various sectors. These cooling mats consist of a series of small gel packs in a flexible mat that provides a large cooling surface. The unique feature of this product is that you activate them on the spot by placing them in water. Within five minutes they are ready to be placed in a freezing tunnel and within half an hour they are ready to use.

This offers significant logistical advantages - one box of Ice Packs XL is equivalent to a full pallet of gel packs, making their storage and transportation much more efficient. In addition, the flexible design allows you to fully encase products such as large fish for optimal cooling.

Eco Gelpacks

For companies looking to reduce their carbon footprint, we offer Eco Gelpacks. These consist of a degradable gel that is completely safe (even consumable), wrapped in kraft paper with a minimal PE layer. In the Netherlands, these may be disposed of in the paper bin, which is a great advantage for consumer shipments.

Hard cooling elements

For situations where return systems are possible, such as for delivery services, we offer hard reusable cooling elements. These plastic cooling elements are robust, can be used over and over again, and are ideal for companies that get their packaging back from customers.

PCM Gelpacks (Phase Change Material)

For frozen products, we offer special PCM gel packs that thaw at -20°C instead of 0°C. This means they maintain a constant temperature at -20°C, ideal for frozen products that require a lower temperature than chilled fresh products. These gel packs are a safe and effective alternative to dry ice, which is increasingly being rejected by carriers due to safety concerns.
