At Inter Fresh Concepts, we understand that product issues can arise — even with the highest quality standards. That’s why we handle returns with care, clarity, and common sense.

Returns Policy

We only accept returns with prior approval. Products may not be returned without our explicit consent.

We generally do not accept returns for non-defective goods, as our materials are intended for professional use and typically consumed over an extended period. However, if a manufacturing defect becomes visible after some time — even months later — we’ll still help. A production batch may contain a flaw that only becomes apparent during use, and we don’t expect our customers to absorb that risk.

Return Process

If you believe an item is defective:

  • Please email us with photos clearly showing the issue.
  • Once we’ve reviewed and approved the return, we’ll discuss the best way to proceed.
  • Either we’ll arrange a pick-up, or you can return the product yourself — we’ll decide together what makes the most sense.
  • We cover all return shipping costs for approved cases.

Used or Opened Items

Used or opened items can only be returned after consultation. If we approve the return, we’ll treat the case fairly and practically.

Our Promise

We don’t leave our customers with problems. If something goes wrong, we’ll send replacement products immediately to keep your operations running. After that, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue — whether through credit, return, or another suitable solution.
