We know that timing matters — especially when you're shipping perishable goods. That’s why Inter Fresh Concepts handles every shipment with care, speed and clear communication.
Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped as soon as the goods are ready. For items in stock:
Small parcel shipments within Europe are typically delivered in 1–2 business days.
Full pallet shipments usually leave our warehouse the next working day, with delivery times depending on the destination.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll inform you right away about the estimated production or restocking time.
Express Delivery
Need it faster? Express delivery is possible, but always subject to the speed and availability of the courier or transport company. We’ll do our best to help — but cannot guarantee exact delivery times for rush orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of your order. We’ll provide clear pricing in your offer or order confirmation.

DHL: for small parcels within Europe
UPS: for selected destinations outside the EU
Rhenus: for road transport and full pallet shipments
Kuehne + Nagel: for air freight and international logistics
Pickup Option
Would you prefer to arrange your own transport? Pickup is possible by request from our warehouse in Aalsmeer (NL) or our factory in Noordwijkerhout (NL). Just let us know in advance.
