Can I reuse Ice Pack XL
Yes, you can reuse Ice Pack XL. If you are a consumer and you receive Ice Pack XL with your parcel, you can wash the ice pack with fresh water and put it in the freezer. You can re-use it as much times as you like.

What is the difference between a gel pack and a hard ice pack?

Can I throw the gel pack in the regular trash?
If it's a standard gel pack, dispose of it with household waste. If it’s the Eco version with kraft paper and minimal PE, you may dispose of it in the paper bin (check local guidelines).

Is the gel inside the pack toxic?
No. The gel in our Eco and standard gel packs is non-toxic and safe. If accidentally ingested, it may cause mild discomfort — consult a doctor or vet as a precaution.

My dog or child bit into a gel pack. What should I do?
Don’t panic. Our gels are non-toxic and made with food-safe ingredients. Remove any remaining gel from the mouth and rinse. Contact a doctor or vet for further advice.

Can I reuse the gel pack?
Yes. As long as the pack is undamaged, you can refreeze and reuse it multiple times. If punctured or leaking, discard safely.

How do I recycle the packaging?
Check the label. Many of our products use cardboard and paper insulation that can be recycled in standard paper waste. Gel packs should go in general waste unless labeled as recyclable.

What if my delivery arrived wet or with condensation?
This may happen if the cooling element has started to thaw. The product is still safe if it’s cold and properly sealed. Condensation is normal and not harmful.

Can I freeze the gel packs again?
Yes. Place the gel pack flat in your freezer for at least 24 hours before reuse. It can be used for cooling lunchboxes, groceries or picnics.

How do I dispose of the Eco gel pack?
The outer layer is kraft paper with a thin PE seal. If your local recycling allows it, you may place it in paper waste. The inner gel is biodegradable.

Is it safe to put a gel pack directly next to food?
Yes. Our gel packs are food-safe and can be placed directly with packaged or sealed food. Avoid direct contact with unwrapped items.

What should I do if I received a damaged cold pack?
If a gel pack arrived punctured or leaking, dispose of it in general waste and clean the area with water. For replacements, please contact the sender.
